INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 1 garlic clove
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 cup chopped celery (for chunky soup)
DIRECTIONS
- Add all of the ingredients to your blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add the left over chopped celery and stir.
