INGREDIENTS

  • • 1/3 cup of regular oats
    • 3/4 cup of almond milk
    • 2 tbsp. chia seeds or flax seeds
    • 1 ripe banana, peeled and smashed

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix the ingredients in a bowl and place in the fridge overnight.
