INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 tbsp. almond butter/peanut butter
  • 1 ripe or frozen banana (better with a frozen banana)
  • 2 tsp. sweetener (maple syrup, honey, agave nectar)

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth
