Wash and dry a full bunch of organic kale, remove stems and tear into chip sized pieces. Place in a large bowl.
Add 1 1/2 to 2 tbsp. olive oil and toss by hand. Add 1/2 tsp. sea salt and toss again.
Bake for approx. 30 minutes or until crispy.
Eat directly off the pan or place into a bowl for sharing. Store in an air-tight container for 24-48 hours.
