Kale Chips

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bunch organic kale
  • 1 1/2 – 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Sea salt (or your favorite salt)

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 270 degrees F / 130 degrees C.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Wash and dry a full bunch of organic kale, remove stems and tear into chip sized pieces. Place in a large bowl.
  • Add 1 1/2 to 2 tbsp. olive oil and toss by hand. Add 1/2 tsp. sea salt and toss again.
  • Bake for approx. 30 minutes or until crispy.
  • Eat directly off the pan or place into a bowl for sharing. Store in an air-tight container for 24-48 hours.
