Fruity chia custard

FRUITY CHIA CUSTARD

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups of your favorite fruit
  • 1 cup of unsweetened nut milk or coconut milk
  • 1-2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup chia seeds and pinch of cinnamon
  • Optional: Top it up with fresh fruit, shredded coconut or nuts as garnish

DIRECTIONS

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into bowls and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. If you stick them in the fridge overnight, they will be ready for the
    morning!
