INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups of your favorite fruit
- 1 cup of unsweetened nut milk or coconut milk
- 1-2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup chia seeds and pinch of cinnamon
- Optional: Top it up with fresh fruit, shredded coconut or nuts as garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into bowls and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. If you stick them in the fridge overnight, they will be ready for the
morning!
