Coconut fruit salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tbsp. coconut milk
  • • 1 tbsp. maple syrup or honey
  • • Lemon or lime juice, to taste
  • • 1 cup pineapple, peeled and diced
  • • 1 apple, cored and diced
  • • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • • 2 handfuls of grapes, diced

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • Toss the fruits in the dressing together.
