Chocolate Coconut Milk Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 14 oz. can full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or agave nectar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Put in a container and place in the freezer for 4-6 hours or until frozen.
  • Take out and let thaw for 30 minutes.
  • Eat it and love it!
