Raw Cream Of Celery Soup

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery (for chunky soup)

DIRECTIONS

  • Add all of the ingredients to your blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Add the left over chopped celery and stir.
  • Serve.
