INGREDIENTS

  • 3 crowns of broccoli, chopped
  • 1/4 red cabbage, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped

Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1 lemon, juiced

DIRECTIONS

  • Prepare all of the ingredients for the salad and toss
  • Whisk the dressing ingredients
  • Pour the dressing on the salad and toss
  • Enjoy!
