Let’s Talk Nutrition:
- Antioxidant-Rich Vegetables: Vitamins C and A in broccoli and red cabbage protect cells from oxidative stress and boost the immune system. Chronic diseases like heart disease and cancer are reduced by antioxidants.
- Healthy Fats and Nutrient Absorption: The olive oil dressing contains healthy monounsaturated fats that help vegetables absorb fat-soluble vitamins. This can boost salad nutrients like vitamins A and K bioavailability. Olive oil’s healthy fats may also help the heart.
