Chop the onion up and throw into a pan with the olive oil. Sauté over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes, or until onion is translucent.
In a medium bowl, mix salsa, tofu, and turmeric. Pour mixture into pan with onion and sauté for about 5-10 minutes depending on how browned you like you tofu.
