INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 apple unpeeled)
  • 1/4 orange (unpeeled)
  • 1 small carrot
  • 2 chopped ginger
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup kale
  • 1/2 cup of ice
  • 3/4 cup spring water

DIRECTIONS

  • Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 1 minute.
